Tankar, tentakler och terror! Ge dig ut i ett episkt sent Secret War-äventyr som tar dig in i den hemliga offensiven i Battle of the Bulge! Det är december 1944 och de allierade framryckningarna efter D-dagen har stannat av vid gränsen till fästningen Tyskland. När de första snön faller tittar båda sidor försiktigt på varandra över linjerna, nöjda med att vila och återhämta sig när vintern sätter in. Men Hitler har en sista stor satsning planerad, en massiv, pansaroffensiv, som kommer att splittra brittiska och amerikanska styrkor och kasta de allierade tillbaka, så att han kan återerövra djupvattenhamnen i Antwerpen. Gömd i huvudanfallet planerar en nazistisk vetenskapsman känd som Blackbird att släppa lös sin legion av monstruösa pansare och skrämmande nya chocktrupper för att skära en bit genom de allierade linjerna. Men andra krafter vädrar också under grenarna av denna urgamla skog, eftersom en kult av onda män försöker återuppliva en uråldrig gudsfrukt och släppa lös galenskap och död. Medan dessa kraftfulla krafter kämpar skickar sektion M ett team av erfarna agenter för att undersöka saken. As the first snows fall, both sides eye each other warily across the lines, content to rest and recuperate as winter sets in. But Hitler has one last great gambit planned, a massive, armoured offensive, which will split British and US forces and hurl the allies back, so he can recapture the deep water port of Antwerp. Concealed within the main assault, a Nazi scientist known as the Blackbird plans to unleash his legion of monstrous panzers and terrifying new shock troops, to cut a swathe through the allied lines. But other forces are also astir beneath the boughs of this ancient woodland, as a cult of evil men seeks to revive an ancient godling and unleash madness and death. As these powerful forces contend, Section M dispatches a crack team of experienced agents to investigate. Can they thwart the Nazi occult’s plans, and foil the rise of the Slumbering Horror, or will they, like so many others, succumb to the Forest of Fear?
