Disputes & Governing Law
If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, known as ARN. More information is available at arn.se.
If you reside in an EU country other than Sweden, you may submit a complaint online via the European Commission’s platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
