Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Condition & Packaging

Return the item in undamaged, unused condition, with all tags/labels still attached and in its original packaging.

You may open the packaging to inspect the item. This does not apply to software/programs, TV games or computer games. However, the item must not be used.

If the packaging is missing or damaged, we may make a deduction for any reduction in value in order to restore the item to new condition or purchase new packaging. The packaging is part of the purchase.

Exceptions

There is no open purchase/return right for software/programs, TV games or computer games where the seal has been broken.

Maxiecu: no open purchase/return right applies, as the licence is customer-bound and is considered software.

Refund

Refunds are issued within 30 days after we have received and approved your return.

Always contact us before sending an item back so that you receive the correct instructions and faster handling.

Uncollected Parcels

An uncollected shipment is not considered a return or a cancelled purchase. Always collect the parcel first; after that, you may return it according to the instructions.

Fee for uncollected parcel: SEK 300. This covers shipping both ways, packing materials, handling, inspection and administration.

Reshipping

Would you like us to send the item again? We only charge our actual shipping costs and PostNord’s return cost. No extra handling or administrative fees are added. Please contact us for exact prices before rebooking.
