1. Delivery Information

In order to offer a wide and up-to-date range, Game Dungeon orders many products on demand. When you place your order, we order the item from our supplier and forward it to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

• Lead time to our warehouse: normally 3–6 working days.
• International supplier orders: normally 5–8 working days.
• Dispatch: we pack and send the order as soon as the item has arrived. You will receive a tracking number.
• Delivery time after dispatch: usually the next working day within Sweden.

2. Invoice & Payment

For purchases made by invoice, no invoice is sent before the item has been dispatched.

3. Peak Season & High Demand

During peak seasons, such as holidays and Christmas, or during periods of high demand, handling times and lead times may be extended.

4. Shipping & Tracking

Shipments within Sweden are delivered using PostNord Varubrev or PostNord MyPack. You can easily track your parcel in the PostNord app.

5. About Game Dungeon

• Shipping: from SEK 49 and upwards, depending on weight.
• Swedish company: we ship from our warehouse in Sommen, Tranås, Sweden.
• Game Dungeon is operated by Runn Design, founded in 2009.
• All prices include VAT.

6. Purchase Terms & Company Information

Game Dungeon, www.gamedungeon.se, is owned and operated by Runn Design och Webshop.

7. Receipt / Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation by email as soon as possible. This serves as your receipt and confirmation of the purchase agreement.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

To use your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in undamaged and unused condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

You may open the packaging to inspect the item. This does not apply to software/programs where the seal has been broken. We do not accept returns of used items.

Refunds are normally issued within 30 days after we have received and approved your return.

30-day return period: we offer a 30-day return period so that you do not have to feel rushed.

9. Returns & Return Address

Always contact us before sending an item back so that we can help you with the return process.

Please note: an uncollected shipment does not count as a return or a cancelled purchase. Always collect the parcel first. You may then return it according to our return instructions.

10. Uncollected Parcels – Fee SEK 300

If a parcel is not collected, a fee of SEK 300 will be charged to cover actual costs, including shipping both ways, packing materials, handling, inspection and administration.

A delay is not a valid reason for not collecting a parcel. If you no longer want the item, please contact us so that we can try to stop the shipment.

For international shipments, the fee for an uncollected parcel is SEK 500.

11. Reshipping an Item

If you would like the item to be sent again, we only charge our actual shipping costs and PostNord’s return cost. No extra handling or administrative fees are added. Please contact us for current prices before rebooking.

12. Warranty & Complaints

• Warranty: 1 year against manufacturing defects in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. This does not apply to consumable parts, batteries or damage caused by misuse.
• Right to complain: 3 years.
• Proof of warranty: your order confirmation. Please save it.
• Items without faults that are returned as complaint cases may be subject to charges for shipping and work carried out.
• If the parcel is damaged, report it directly to the collection point or PostNord when collecting it.
• We do not cover return shipping when cancelling a purchase if the item is shipped later than the estimated date in the order confirmation.

13. Shipping Cost & Delivery Rules

• Shipping within Sweden: from SEK 49 and upwards, depending on the item’s weight and size.
• Delivery is made using PostNord Varubrev, PostNord MyPack or DHL.
• Please enter your correct name. Identification may be required when collecting the parcel.
• Please enter a correct mobile number and email address for delivery notifications.
• For company deliveries, please state the name of the person authorised to collect the parcel.
• If an order has already been dispatched and is cancelled, the refund will be made only after the item has been returned and received by us. The parcel must be collected and sent back.
• If the value of the item is below SEK 300, the cost of the item may be charged in the event of an uncollected parcel. For international shipments, the fee is SEK 500.

14. Bulky / More Expensive Items

Items that cannot be shipped using standard MyPack or DHL shipping may be sent on a pallet. The shipping cost is approximately SEK 2,000 and is charged according to the actual cost.

Very bulky items are always charged according to the actual shipping cost.

15. Other Terms

• If you are under 18 years old, permission from a parent or legal guardian is required.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds in the event of sold-out products, price fluctuations, typing errors or incorrect prices.
• GameDungeon.se cannot be held liable for delays in postal handling or for damage caused in connection with the use of products, regardless of whether the cause is user error or a product fault.
• If an item is out of stock, the order will be cancelled and the money refunded if payment has been made.
• No return right or right of withdrawal applies to business customers.
• No return right applies to software/programs.
• Cookies are used for functionality and statistics. We follow applicable data protection regulations.
• Products are not intended for children under 3 years of age due to small parts and choking hazards.
• Keep packaging and plastic bags out of reach of children.
• All information and manuals are for guidance only. The installer is responsible for compatibility and correct installation.
• All images and texts on this domain are the property of Game Dungeon.
• Specifications may change without prior notice. Features may be added or removed and do not in themselves constitute grounds for complaint.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the product image and the article number, the article number applies.

16. Limitation of Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for incorrect handling, installation or use of products, or for injury to persons or damage to property that occurs directly or indirectly in connection with installation or use, even if the product is later deemed to be faulty.

If you are unsure, please consult a professional. The appearance of packaging may vary, but the contents correspond to the product ordered.
