The Churchill tank, undoubtedly one of the most successful and famous British tanks of World War II, is about to reinforce your army soon. The British Army adopted a doctrine centered around the use of light and fast "Cruiser tanks" coupled with slow, better-armed and armored "Infantry tanks." These would be used to smash enemy defenses with infantry support, and the Churchill was a primary example of the latter. It was one of the heaviest Allied tanks of the war and had thicker frontal armor than even the Tiger tank!

• Strong armament: Despite suffering from being underarmed, a common deficiency for British armored vehicles of this era, it was loved by its crews for its cross-country ability.
• Unmatched cross-country capability: The Churchill tank was less likely to "explode" upon a direct hit than the Sherman tank.
