Once there, they dedicated their lives to protecting it from the constant demonic attacks aimed at freeing their Ancient Lord, the Rider of War. This is precisely what the Lost/Returned are. They have grown strong and mighty on a steady diet of ancient infused meat, inevitable Elemental infusion, and an endless stream of worthy foes.
