The opening of the Rifts has exposed the people of Great Britain and its many overseas territories to new hardships in war. British resolve is now higher than ever, and they are ready to unleash their own new weapons in the fight against the dreaded Axis and Empire of Japan.
This starter army is the perfect way to begin a collection of the British Commonwealth for Konflikt ’47, giving you a battle ready force complete with Order and Rift Dice.
Central to this force is an Assault Platoon made up of two sections of automated infantry, a Mk I section providing heavy suppressive fire thanks to their MMGs, supported and uplifted by their heavy Mk II cousins, whose very presence nearby improves their accuracy. Both units are immune to the psychological terrors of war and are relentless in the face of defeat. They are well supported by a power-armoured section of human Galahad infantry. A Platoon Commander, exclusive to this set, leads this platoon from the front, armed with a personal Tesla Rifle.
Behind them is an Armoured Platoon, led by the new Percival Assault Walker. With an M17 Tesla Cannon and a rocket system, it is a serious threat to anything that opposes it. A Humber Mk VII, equipped with the latest auto-computational aid and with twin autocannons can fire on the move without penalty, and serves as an ideal supporting unit, able to quickly get where it is most needed.
Konflikt '47 is the game of heroes, horrors, monsters and mechs, where you take command of the nightmarish struggle for supremacy as the old world is torn apart and rebuilt in blood and crackling energy. The fast and deadly gameplay provides countless cinematic moments, with fluctuating Rift energies and the ever-present fog of war ensuring that no two games are ever the same, and the outcome is never guaranteed. Heroes and villains on each side contribute their unique abilities to turn the tide of battle, while mechs and monsters are pitted against each other in brutal contests of flesh against steel.
