Stores order Release Day Kits directly from their distributor. Orders will be verified against stores' documented performance in HeroClix events. No retailer may order more than 3 Release Day Kits total. Kits are only available while supplies last. Stores do not need to have a volunteer or judge present to run an event; store owners can decide how events are run and how kits are used to promote play in the store.
