Fire and Swords is the new expansion for War of the Ring – The Card Game, created by the ingenious Ian Brody. This expansion broadens the game's horizons by introducing new battlefields for the "War in the North," along with new factions and a new type of location called Skirmishes, populated by countless characters from the Lord of the Rings saga.

• Content: 60 faction cards, 9 additional paths, and 9 new battlefields.
• Skirmishes: 13 skirmishes, representing smaller settlements and fortresses, such as the Fords of Isen and Bree.
• New Factions: Three new factions join the fray: the brave Northmen fighting for the Free Peoples, along with the formidable Easterlings and the cunning Ruffians allied with the Shadow.
• Players: The expansion accommodates up to six players, with customizable scenarios for smaller groups.
• Play Solo or Cooperatively: New Shadow cards are integrated for solo adventures, seamlessly connected with the already available Against the Shadow expansion.

Please note that this is not a complete game. A copy of War of the Ring – The Card Game is required to play.
