In Ark Nova, you plan and design a modern, scientifically managed zoo. The goal is to own the most successful zoological facility where you build enclosures, house animals, and support conservation projects around the world. Experts and unique buildings help you achieve this goal.
Each player has a set of five action cards to manage their gameplay, and the power of an action is determined by the slot the card currently occupies. The action cards are:
- CARDS: Allows you to obtain new zoo cards (animal, sponsor, and conservation project cards).
- BUILD: Allows you to construct standard or special enclosures, kiosks, and pavilions.
- ANIMALS: Allows you to house animals in your zoo.
- ASSOCIATION: Allows your association workers to perform various tasks.
- SPONSORS: Allows you to play a sponsor card in your zoo or collect money.
