Bolt Action - Japanese Army Infantry Platoon

Build a force of the Emperor’s fanatically loyal troops and take the fight to some of the most brutal battles of the Second World War. The Imperial Japanese Army would call upon nearly five and a half million men over the course of the world-spanning conflict. Many were conscripts, but they were well-trained, highly motivated, and fiercely disciplined. Their aggressive tactics made them capable of striking quickly and ruthlessly, displaying a fanatical willingness to continue fighting even when faced with an overwhelming and insurmountable foe.
This box contains 30 infantry models, allowing you to field a huge variety of Japanese infantry units. On each sprue, you’ll find a wide range of weapons, including Type 99 Arisaka rifles, a Type 99 LMG, a Type 89 Grenade Discharger (also known as a ‘knee mortar’), spears, swords, and much more. There is also a Type 92 Heavy Machine Gun to enable representation of a Medium Machine Gun Team (we’ve included a trio of 60mm bases to facilitate this undertaking!), as well as plenty of extra components to further customise your troops. Crucially, there is also a variety of head and equipment options, allowing representation of not only Imperial Japanese Army troops, but also those of the Special Naval Landing Forces, or Veteran Jungle Fighters, taking advantage of the Yamato Damashii special rule!
