• Slug & The Pilfering Patch: Don't let the sweet smile and baritone "HAAAY THERE!" fool you, for Slug is loyal to no particular candy confectioner. Slug quickly becomes a sneaky companion who acts as a Sugar Sprite in an opponent's field. Stolen candies by Slug are placed and protected in the fenced private field for the contracting candy confectioner to use as they please. Once their dirty work is done, Slug will once again become available to all.
• Gameplay Summary: By placing Slug on a meadow owned by an opponent, you will generate candy-like sugar sprites, but you keep this candy.

• Candy Critic: Though you believe your creations are the best since sliced chewing gum, don't let it go to your head! It's up to Cornelia Candy Critic to judge. As your fellow players complete their blending cards, they draw a Candy Critic card to deliver her verdict on you. But don't worry, just like all great candy critics, she can be bribed to give you a "YUM!" approval.

Each player starts with an extra patch that allows them to dig up and snatch a candy harvest from a fellow confectioner. When you retrieve an adjacent Sugar Sprite, your theft is revealed!
