To organize the game boards in the box, follow this sequence: first place the boards and rulebook from the Voyage of the Beagle expansion, followed by the main game board and the first three character sheets. The last character sheet and scenarios come next, with the rulebook as the final item to fill the box.

This insert design works equally well with the Pegasus Spiele reprint of the game, which has a similar box size of 29.4 x 29.4 x 7.2 cm. The product consists of a flat pack with 4 Evacore sheets. The trays require assembly, which is both quick and fun, using regular PVA glue. Detailed instructions are included in the package.
